• Whether it be by car, public transport, taxi or rideshare, there are several options for your journey to the venue.
• Public parking is sold out at the Eastern Plaza Car Park via Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard). Pre-bookings only, no drive-up spaces. Other parking options can be found here.
  • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek at (03) 9286 1208.
• Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Note: Buses replace trains on sections of the Hurstbridge, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston, and Sunbury lines at various times during this period.
• This event may contain sequences of flashing lights, laser, strobe, haze and pyrotechnics which may affect guests who are susceptible to photo sensitivities and medical conditions.
• Bags must be equivalent in size to an A4 paper, or smaller. Larger bags are not permitted.
• Cloaking is available via Ticket Sales E & F. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.

• Tickets should be added to your Apple or Google Wallet for smoother entry.
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transaction must be made using a credit or debit card.
• VIP purchasers will be contacted by the promoter with details regarding the experience.

• Beat the Rush: Arrive early to avoid queuing and delays, but also enjoy all that is on offer at the venue before the show, including entertainment, food and drink, merch and more.
• Embrace Public Transport: With parking sold out and increased traffic expected, we strongly recommend using public transport, where possible.
• Plan for the Elements: AAMI Park is an outdoor venue (no roof), so check the forecast and dress accordingly. Small umbrellas are permitted but must not be opened once inside.
• Travel Light: Avoid bringing any unnecessary items, including any prohibited items such as large bags, cameras with lenses above 300mm, laptops/tablets, etc.
• Stay Hydrated: Water bottles are permitted providing they are 750ml or under and made from soft plastic, with refill stations available inside the venue.
