About western united

Western United FC are a recent addition to the A-League Men’s Competition, making their debut at the start of the 2019-20 season.

The club represents a wide region across western Victoria, with dedicated supporters located throughout Melbourne’s western suburbs, as well as the regional cities of Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo, and regional towns across the state’s west.

With its origins in the 2018-19 expansion of the A-League, Western United has played a number of home games at AAMI Park.
