The hype is building for the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ following the unveiling of two new, curved videoboards at AAMI Park.
Significantly larger than their predecessors, the new videoboards are an exciting addition to the fan experience, with enhanced resolution and presentation capabilities.
The new videoboards are part of a suite of upgrades in the venue which have been funded by the Victorian Government.
In addition to the videoboards, the upgrades include the introduction of state-of-the-art LED sports lighting technology, LED advertising and wayfinding boards, and a significant upgrade and reconfiguration of broadcast and corporate hospitality areas.
The upgrades will be completed ahead of the tournament, with the first of six matches in Melbourne set for 21 July.
