Ticketing
Tickets for all Melbourne Park events must be purchased through our authorised ticketing partner, Ticketek, except for Australian Open tickets, which must be purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing provider for this event.
Be wary of purchasing tickets through unauthorised sellers, as there is no guarantee these tickets will be valid for entry into the event.

Group bookings can be made via the dedicated Ticketek hotline on 1300 364 001 or [email protected]. Group bookings are available for selected events and are subject to availability.
Some tickets purchased through Ticketek will be issued by Melbourne Park’s new ticketing partner, AXS, closer to the event date. Your booking remains valid and you will receive your tickets before the event.
Ticket delivery was intentionally delayed to support Melbourne Park’s transition to its new ticketing partner, AXS. This measure will help to ensure a seamless guest experience on event day. Your booking and seat allocation will be unaffected.
Parking
Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability.
Bookings close at midnight the night before the event.

Limited on-street parking is available along the Yarra River at the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Yes. When you pre-book a car park, our system uses licence plate recognition to let your vehicle enter and exit. The system automatically activates your booking using the licence plate number you entered at the time of booking.
We take payment for pre-bookings at the time of booking. If you overstay, we’ll charge you for the additional time in line with our Car Park Terms and Conditions.
If you haven’t pre-booked, the system records your licence plate when you enter the car park and uses it when you exit to calculate the fee you owe, based on the fees displayed in the car park at the time.
Log in to your account and update your registered licence plate number up to one hour before your scheduled arrival.

If the system doesn’t recognise your licence plate, speak to one of our attendants or press the help button at the entry gate. They’ll help you retrieve your booking and grant access.

If you pre-booked online, log in to your account to manage your booking. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the event, in line with our Car Park Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Items
For the majority of events, bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted. However, for sports and family events, bags must be able to fit under a seat, and a limit of one bag per person applies.

Guests with medical requirements are permitted to bring a larger bag. All bags are inspected by event security on arrival.
Handbags are permitted provided they are A4 size or smaller, and do not have studs or embellishments.
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gates 1 and 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.

Small, handheld personal cameras are permitted. However, cameras with a detachable lens above 300mm are not permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and restricted (18+) events will be specified on the event page.
Children aged 2 and under can attend most sports and entertainment events ‘free on the knee’, however, a ticket may be required for some family events.

24-hour security operates across the entire site, but we ask that you plan your arrival appropriately. Early arrivals are responsible for their own wellbeing prior to the gates opening. We encourage everyone to enjoy their experience by adhering to these guidelines and arriving closer to the gates opening for the best experience. Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated during the event, or in the hours prior. If you witness antisocial behaviour, please notify security.
If you are attending an event with age restrictions, you may be required to present valid ID upon entry and when purchasing alcohol.
For most events, you can enter the venue any time after commencement. Events with a particular lockout time will be specified on the event page.
AAMI Park is an open-air venue with no roof.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or within 10 metres of external doors. Should you wish to smoke or vape, please do so in the designated area on the external concourse.
