Accessible Tickets
Melbourne Park is introducing AXS as its new Official Ticketing Partner. New accessible seating bookings can now be made through AXS.
To book, visit your event page on AXS and select Accessibility under Available Offers. If this option is not available for your event, please contact AXS on 1800 316 964, or email [email protected].
Accessible seating bookings made through Ticketek before 22 August 2026 for upcoming events remain valid.
Some events will continue to use Ticketek for accessible seating bookings, including Iron Maiden. To book accessible seating for these events, visit your event page and select the Accessible filter to view available seating. If accessible seating is not available online, please contact Ticketek’s Accessible Bookings Hotline on (03) 9286 1208. You can also submit an online contact request here.

New accessible parking bookings for Melbourne Park events can be made through AXS.

Parking on-site is limited, we recommend booking in advance.
A limited number of accessible parking bays are available in front of John Cain Arena on Olympic Boulevard.
Venue Access
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Guests with reduced mobility attending AAMI Park may be dropped off or picked up at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard).
All visitors have 20 minutes to drop off or pick up guests. Please note, exceeding this time may result in parking charges.
Guests may also be dropped off or picked up in the accessible parking bays located in front of John Cain Arena on Olympic Boulevard.
Entry
AAMI Park is equipped with ramps and lifts, and accessible entry options are available at all turnstiles.
If you require assistance accessing your seat, please inform a member of our guest services team.

A to Z
Assistance Dogs
We are committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring assistance dogs into our venue.

Braille Buttons
All lifts have braille buttons and are serviced by venue staff to assist guests moving around the venue.
Changing Places
Unfortunately, Changing Places facilities are not yet available at AAMI Park, however, accessible toilets are located near Aisles 3, 18, 23 and 37 on Level 1, near Aisles 10 and 21 on Level 3, and in all corporate areas.
Cloaking
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gates 1 and 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
Companion Cards
Companion Cards are accepted for all events at Melbourne Park. New Companion Card bookings can be made for the accessible seating area by visiting your event page on AXS and selecting Accessibility under Available Offers. For Companion Card bookings outside of the accessible seating area, contact AXS on 1800 316 964, or email [email protected].
Companion Card bookings made through Ticketek prior to 22 August 2026 for upcoming events remain valid.

Gender Neutral Toilets
Gender neutral toilets provide a restroom space that is inclusive and accommodating to individuals of any gender identity or expression.
Gender neutral toilets are located between Aisles 22 and 23 on Level 1.
Hearing Assist
Unfortunately, hearing augmentation is not available at AAMI Park.
If you or anyone in your party requires assistance, please inform a staff member or visit Ticket Sales E and F on Ground Level.
Hidden Disabilities
AAMI Park is pleased to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program as part of our commitment to supporting staff and guests living with non-visible disabilities.
Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower allows staff and guests to voluntarily share that they have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent, and that they may require accessibility adjustments or assistance.
Staff or guests may choose to wear a sunflower badge, lanyard or wristband to participate.

Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms
Unfortunately, a multi-faith prayer room is not currently available at AAMI Park.
Parents Rooms
Parents rooms are dedicated spaces designed to cater to the specific needs of parents and caregivers with infants or young children
Parents rooms are located near Aisles 18 and 37 on Level 1, while baby change facilities are located in all accessible toilets.
Amenities include a microwave, baby change table, nappy disposal, seating, lockable breastfeeding stall, and tap and sink.
Special Effects
Events may contain sequences of flashing lights, lasers, strobes, haze and pyrotechnics which may affect photosensitive guests, and those with other medical conditions.
Sensory Inclusion
AAMI Park has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs.
Our sensory room is located on Level 1, opposite Aisle 23.
Additionally, sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, and other resources are available for loan (at no cost) via our Information Desks at Gates 1 and 8. You can also download the KultureCity app for further assistance with your visit to AAMI Park.
If you or anyone in your group has sensory needs and requires assistance, please inform a staff member or visit an Information Desk located at Gate 1 or 8.
Toilets
Accessible toilets provide restroom facilities that accommodate individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities.
Accessible toilets are located near Aisles 3, 18, 23 and 37 on Level 1, near Aisles 10 and 21 on Level 3, and in all corporate areas. Amenities also include baby change facilities.
