Kendrick Lamar is a GRAMMY Award-winning rapper, songwriter and producer widely regarded as one of the most influential artists of his generation. Hailing from Compton, California, Lamar gained early recognition with his 2012 major-label debut good kid, m.A.A.d city — a cinematic coming-of-age album that set a new standard for conceptual storytelling in hip-hop. Doechii is an American rapper and singer–songwriter known for her genre-blending sound, unapologetic lyricism and magnetic stage presence. Rising from Tampa, Florida, she gained viral attention with her breakout single “Yucky Blucky Fruitcake” – a track that showcased her sharp wordplay and fearless individuality.
Signed to Top Dawg Entertainment – the label’s first female rapper – Doechii has earned critical acclaim for her bold visuals, dynamic performances and releases like she / her / black btch* and Oh the Places You’ll Go.
