• Whether it be by car, public transport, taxi or rideshare, there are several options for your journey to the venue.
• Public parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park via Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking your parking. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. Drive-up spaces are subject to availability.
  • Note: If parking is sold out or unavailable, other parking options can be found here. Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek at (03) 9286 1208.
• Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Note: Buses replace trains on sections of the Mernda, Hurstbridge, Lilydale, Pakenham, Frankston, Craigieburn, Sunbury, Upfield, Werribee and Williamstown lines.
• This event may contain sequences of flashing lights, laser, strobe, haze and pyrotechnics which may affect guests who are susceptible to photo sensitivities and medical conditions.
  • Note: This event is expected to also contain high volumes of noise. We strongly recommend hearing protection for young children. Small ear plugs will be available via the Customer Service Centre (Gates 1 & 8).
• Bags that are too large to fit under a seat are not permitted. Limit of one bag per person.
• Cloaking is available via the Customer Service Centre (Gates 1 & 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
  • Note: Prams are not permitted in the venue for this event and must be cloaked prior to entry. If possible, please avoid bringing prams.
• Tickets should be added to your Apple or Google Wallet for smoother entry.
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transaction must be made using a credit or debit card.
